Diwali Party

PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITION

1. The event will take place on 3rd November 2024 from 8.30pm to midnight and is only open to Met Card holders. ACE, HVC and King customers will have 20 places at the VIP tables made available to those tiers’
2. Prize draw tickets are distributed to all Met Card holders with valid Email/SMS opt-in upon entry at the Reception from the Monday prior to the event at 12noon to the day of the event at 11.50pm, limited to one ticket per customer per day.
   
3. The top 10 players from each: Tables, Slots and Electronics who have earned the most Met Points from Monday-Saturday on the week of the event will be eligible to receive 5 extra prize draw entries. These entries can be collected at reception from 6pm on the day of the draw.
4. The 30 players who have qualified through leaderboards to receive the extra 5 prize draw entries will be displayed next to the tombola and at reception on the day of the draw.
5. Draws will take place at 9pm, 9:30pm, 10pm, 11pm and midnight, and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
6. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 1 minute to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 1 minute a re-draw will take place.
7. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
9. The tombola will be cleared at the end of the final draw.
10. A number of winners will be drawn from the tombola at each draw time as follows:

a.9pm Draw – 4x £250 in Free Play

b.9:30pm Draw – 3x £500 in Free Play
c.10pm Draw – 2x £750 in Free Play
d.11pmDraw- 1x £1,500 in Free Play
e.12am Draw – 1x £2,000 in Free Play

11.One prize per customer only.
12.Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for either non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics. To be used on the night won.
13.Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for cash or wheel chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
14.On roulette non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on outside bets and a maximum of 24 numbers may be played on any individual spin.
15.Dealers at the gaming tables will exercise diligence in ensuring the maximum regarding non-negotiable chips placement are followed. However, it is ultimately the player's responsibility to ensure these maximums are not exceeded.
16.Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Diwali Party promotional activity.
17.Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
18.Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
19.The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
20.Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
21.Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

HOT SEATS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.The hot seats promotion will take place on 3rd November 2024 from 8.30pm to midnight and is only open to Met Card holders.
2.The Hot Seat promotion will run on machines and tables.
3.To be eligible for the hot seat, customers must present their Met Card prior to playing on gaming tables or ensure that their card is correctly inserted into the machine
4.During the evening, two players are chosen at random every 30 minutes from 9pm till 12am and will win following prizes:

a.9pm – 2x 10,000 Met Points
b.9:30pm – 2x10,000 Met Points
c.10pm – 2x10,000 Met Points
d.10:30pm – 2x10,000 Met Points
e.11pm – 2x25,000 Met Points
f.11:30pm – 2x25,000 Met Points
g.12am – 2x35,000 Met Points

5.Winners will be notified by a Slot host about their prize.
6.Only one prize per customer only.
7.Bonus Met Points are added automatically during the gaming session and normal Met Point terms and conditions apply.
8.Met Points are automatically issued and cannot be issued retrospectively.
9.The Promoter is not responsible for Met Card cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
10.Where table tracking is applicable, Metropolitan Gaming (MGUK) uses reasonable efforts to track a participant's play; however, as a condition of receiving Met Points for table games play, or other non-electronic games, participants agree that such Met Points are granted based on the personal observation of MGUK employees. The determination of MGUK shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
