STAMP CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.Stamp Card promotion will run from 2 December – 29 December 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders and HVC Monogram scheme members.

2.Customers can collect one stamp card per week each week for 4 weeks on the following date periods:

-1st Stamp Card 2 December- 8 December-2nd Stamp Card 9 December- 15 December

-3rd Stamp Card 16 December- 22 December
-4th Stamp Card 23 December- 29 December

3.Customer can earn a stamp when playing Table Games and selected event will occur:

a.Roulette: receive a stamp when winning a bet when the winning number corresponds with the day’s date or 12 for the month’s date.
b.Blackjack: receive a stamp when winning the hand with a Blackjack.
c.Three Card Poker: receive a stamp when winning the hand with a Flush or better.
d.Punto Banco: receive a stamp when winning the hand with a natural nine or eight.

4.Stamps cannot be issued retrospectively; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their card is stamped when receiving one of the winning combinations.
5.The Promoter is not responsible for any stamp cards that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
6.A maximum of 7 stamps per week can be collected during the promotional period.
7.Stamps must be collected in chronological order from 1 to 7.
8.A customer can redeem a maximum of 1 Match Play offer and 1 Free Play offer per week.
9.The 7th stamp will earn the customer a prize draw entry ticket which can be collected at Reception.
10.Match Play offers are valid for use on Table Gaming and Slot machines only and cannot be used on Electronic Roulette terminals. To ensure fairness, please be advised that using Match Play offers on Electronic Roulette may affect your eligibility to participate in the promotion.
11.To claim the Match Play offer for Slots customer must visit the Cash Desk, present their stamp card and the same value bet in exchange for a promotional ticket.
12.All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
13.To claim the Match Play offer for Table Gaming customers must visit the Cash Desk, present their stamp card and receive a Match Play voucher to be used on Table Gaming.
14.A bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
15.The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
16.No cash alternative available.
17.Free Play offer can only be redeemed at Cash Desk for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots only.
18.Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
19.On roulette non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on outside bets and a maximum of 24 numbers may be played on any individual spin.
20.Dealers at the gaming tables will exercise diligence in ensuring the maximum regarding non-negotiable chips placement are followed. However, it is ultimately the player's responsibility to ensure these maximums are not exceeded
21.Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Feels Like Christmas promotional activity.
22.Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
23.Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
24.The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
25.Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
26.Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.Prize draws will take place on 31 December every hour from 8pm to midnight and it’s only open to the customers that qualifies through the stamp card.
2.Customers need to show their completed stamp card to the reception to receive prize draw ticket.
3.Draws will take place at 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm and midnight, and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
4.Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 1 minute to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 1 minute a re-draw will take place.
5.The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
6.The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
7.The tombola will be cleared at the end of the final draw.
8.A number of winners will be drawn from the tombola at each draw time as follows:

a.8pm Draw – 2x £250 in Free Play

b.9pm Draw – 2x £500 in Free Play

c.10pm Draw – 2x £750 in Free Play

d.11pmDraw- 2x £1,500 in Free Play

e.12am Draw – 2x £2,000 in Free Play

9.One prize per customer only.
10.Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for either non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.

MATCH PLAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.The Match Play offer will run from 2 December to 29 December 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
2.The Match Play vouchers will have three different values; £25, £50 and £100.
3.A customer can redeem a maximum of 1 Match Play offer per week up to a total of 4 Match Play offers during the 4 weeks promotional period.
4.Match Play offers are valid for use on Table Gaming and Slot machines only and cannot be used on Electronic Roulette terminals. To ensure fairness, please be advised that using Match Play offers on Electronic Roulette may affect your eligibility to participate in the promotion.
5.To claim the Match Play offer for Slots customer must visit the Cash Desk, present their stamp card and the same value bet in exchange for a promotional ticket.
6.All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
7.To claim the Match Play offer for Table Gaming customers must visit the Cash Desk, present their stamp card and receive a Match Play voucher to be used on Table Gaming.
8.A bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher.
9.When a Match Play Voucher wins, it will be collected and replaced with cash chips of equivalent value for that bet.
10.On Roulette vouchers are valid for even chances only.
11.If Zero or Double Zero is the winning number the Match Play voucher will stand and the matched cash bet will lose half.
12.Only one voucher per person per spin is allowed, no partnership betting allowed.
13.On Blackjack, the match play voucher is allowed on the main bet only.
14.In the event of a Blackjack, both the Match Play voucher bet and the cash bet will be paid at odds of 3 to 2.
15.Match play vouchers cannot be used for splits or doubles on Blackjack.
If a player wishes to double, they must cover the additional bet themselves, Match Play is only valid on the original wager. If a player wishes to split the match play voucher will remain on the original hand, while the player covers the other hand with their own funds.
16.On Three card poker Match Play vouchers are allowed only on the Ante bet. The match play cannot be used on the Pair Plus or Prime side bet or on the Play bet.
17.On Punto Banco Match Play vouchers are allowed on the Banker or Player bet only and will both pay at odds of 1 to 1. Match Play vouchers are not allowed on any of the Punto banco side bets.
18.Metropolitan Gaming is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
19.Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
